You are looking to grow your career in:
- Supporting large scale transport, social infrastructure, real estate, defence, energy, mining, or resources sectors projects.
- In a client facing role, solving client problems, developing and writing proposals and, managing a delivery team,
- Providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice for clients.
- Developing business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Designing and leading complex transaction processes.
- Contract and commercial negotiations.
- Financial analysis and modelling.
**Our Melbourne team is growing, and we are looking for a number of mid career people (Associate Director), that bring with them some of the following: - A passion for delivering strategic, financial and/ or commercial advice in respect to major infrastructure projects, complex service procurement, strategy and/or transaction advisory.
- Professional experience likely gained in a Chartered Accounting firms, law firms, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, investment banking, project finance teams, infrastructure funds, construction firms or within commercial teams in Government.
- Ability to juggle competing demands and work as a team player in an energetic and resultsbased team.
- An interest in the use of information, data, and technology to improve the way in which infrastructure projects are planned, procured, delivered, and managed.
- A passion for team collaboration, idea generation and shared learnings.

Within IAP, our
Commercial Advisory & Transactions (CA&T) team provides commercial, financial, and strategic advice to clients for major infrastructure projects. Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle and we thrive on this complexity.
