- Providing insight on financial performance and forecasting to Project Managers.
- Provide Executive Management with timely & accurate monthly & quarterly financial reports with detailed analysis & commentary.
- Execute monthly variance financial reporting and analysis
- Prepare and review project costings
- Monitoring reports and Estimates at Completion (EACs))
- Reconcile appropriate revenue during various project stages
- Drive continuous process improvement within SAP
- Assist to perform budget maintenance and update
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Business partnering
- Revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS15 Profile
- Qualified CA/CPA
- At least 2 years experience in a Project accountant (or similar) position
- Prior commercial property/construction/infrastructure finance experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
