The Role:


Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination, and administration of change initiatives across the Collective Wellness Group brands.

The Project Account Coordinator leads and collaborates with business leaders on projects to ensure key deliverables are produced to quality criteria, on time and within budget whilst developing key stakeholder relationships.


Day to day will include:


  • Collaborates with project leaders to ensure compliance with project best practices, including authoring of project initiation documentation, meeting facilitation & keeping of meeting notes/actions, etc.
  • Leads select projects to ensure they are delivered ontime, appropriately scoped, and remain within budget constraints via centralised reporting and consultation with Senior Project Manager
  • Manages project stakeholders
  • Assists Senior Project Manager in the delivery of training
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendor

Experience and about you:


  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in project coordination
  • Strong team player who is both committed and flexible
  • The ability to deal with problems in a practical, structured and commonsense way
  • Proactive attitude, curious and inquisitive
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge and hold stakeholders to account
  • Selfstarter with a demonstrated aptitude for resilience, flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and dynamics
  • Experience and determination in assisting with the development, administration and implementation of projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and training delivery ability
  • Strong organisation, planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromising attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and also part of a team
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a highpressure environment to drive results
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams in particular) Experience in Asana highly regarded
