IT Support Level 1/ Level 2

Fulltime position

We are looking for a Level 1/2 IT Support consultant with experience providing Level 2 support for an Australian based Company located in Sydney. This position requires someone that not only has the technical skills and experience but a real client focused attitude.

This will be a great opportunity for someone wanting to work for a genuinely cohesive team that prides itself on providing excellent service to their customers.

This position will also provide opportunities for career growth and training.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Provide Level 1 and 2 support to a variety of customers across the central coast and Sydney region
Provide excellent customer service
Work with customers both on site, over the phone and via email
Assist other team members.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Excellent phone and email based communication skills.
Strong Desktop Support experieince
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and networking
Great customer service skills
experience working with and managing help desk tickets.
