Your Mission

Our client wants to be the media company of the future and the project you'll be embarking on will play an enormous part in making that a possibility.

Develop user guides, training material and quick reference guides for users.
Work with SMEs internally to understand workflows.
Project manage with external vendors and internal teams.
Set up the training and documentation framework.
Work collaboratively to formulate, deliver and facilitate a thorough training schedule.
Participate in Train the Trainer session with the vendors.

What You Bring

At least 5 years training and facilitation experience either online or face to face.
Background in technical writing, content development and instructional design.
Proven experience with stakeholder and project management.
Prior experience with Salesforce or within Media is a plus
HTML experience is desirable.
Exceptional written, spoken and presentation skills.
