The Role


Are you passionate about HR and administrative support? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our government client is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join their People & Culture team.


As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of generalist People & Culture activities, administration, and systems support.

The role in an initial contract until the end of September 2023 with possible extensions.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the daytoday operations of the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and performance management.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HRrelated matters.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate the timely resolution of HRrelated issues.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an HR coordination or similar role.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Previous experience in the public sector or government organisations preferred.
