The Role
Are you passionate about HR and administrative support? Do you thrive in a dynamic work environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our government client is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to join their People & Culture team.
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of generalist People & Culture activities, administration, and systems support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daytoday operations of the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and performance management.
- Assist with HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HRrelated matters.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate the timely resolution of HRrelated issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR coordination or similar role.
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate start preferred.
- Previous experience in the public sector or government organisations preferred.
