We have an exciting opportunity in Corporate Applications for an
Applications Delivery Lead to define and ensure the delivery of a range of product roadmaps.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Applications, you will be responsible for the life cycle of the solutions from initial engagement, design, build, and support.

The broader aspect of this role is to be involved in the life cycle of the solutions from initial engagement, design, build, and support as well as managing the.

What you will do
As an integral member of the team, you will:

  • Lead and own all elements of the delivery for the (in scope) services, including customer demand, feedback, roadmap planning and prioritization, development, continuous improvement, knowledge, operational support and any other related dependencies
  • Lead and direct Business Analysts and developers to achieve a high standard of work performance and provide opportunities for their ongoing development
  • Manage and develop stakeholder relationships with customers, vendors and business and infrastructure teams to ensure the solutions aligns with the product and business strategies

About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:

  • Proven experience in leading solutions and supporting teams in a large and complex clinical ICT service environment, including relevant qualifications or equivalent
  • Demonstrated expertise in custom development platforms, including delivery of solutions
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, problem skills and experience working in a high volume and changing professional environment with a capacity to prioritise, multitask, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customerfocused approach
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve businessfocused solutions

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA).

Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
