About the role


We are looking for an End User Services Group Manager to be responsible for leading, driving and managing the provision of managed desktop services including but not limited to, Desktop Support, Onsite Support, Professional Services, Managed Print and other end user related services.

This includes strategic planning for and delivery of End User Services to NSW Health Local Health Districts, and agencies, including eHealth, HealthShare NSW and Pillars.

This role has significant impact on the achievement of required performance and service levels whilst negotiating and managing competing strategic and operational objectives.


This role is part of the Customer Services leadership team and will be a key role in delivering End User Services related activities for a significant change program within the branch.

The role will be required to build long-term strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders, internally and externally including vendor relationships.

This position may require occasional travel to other NSW Health sites.
