Job Description

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for all employees to meet the needs and objectives of the organisation in accordance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
  • Design interview questionnaires and manage interview process with Hiring Manager.
  • Organise preemployment medical assessments and police checks, as required.
  • Conduct reference checks.
  • Make job offers and negotiate successful hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure New Starter information is handed over to the Senior HR Advisor and HR Manager, QLD when a commencement date is confirmed for new employees and internal transfers.
  • Coordinate with the Senior HR Manager any Immigration requirements to ensure Work Rights are verified and other requirements are met.
  • Attend industry networking events as a brand ambassador with specific intent to scout for talent, with a view to identify potential employees and create longterm pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Support the ACCIONA graduate and student intern programs, including attending careers fairs and conducting suitable recruitment processes, including assessment centres.
  • Manage personal information appropriately and in line with the Privacy Act 199
  • Liaise with relevant HR personnel in Spain in relation to recruitment reporting keeping all parties informed as required.
  • Provide support to the HR Team if workload permits where appropriate.
Required Skills and Competencies

  • Previous recruitment experience in an equivalent role (5+ years).
  • Previous experience working in the Energy, Engineering or Construction industry highly desirable.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
  • Previous experience using Recruitment Software Programs (Workday highly desirable).
  • High level attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drivers Licence and the ability to travel to site as required.
  • Flexibility attitude and the ability to be an effective team player.
