Job Description

  • About the Opportunity:


With over two billion dollars' worth of work in hand and a healthy pipeline of future projects ahead, our western region is experiencing an exciting period of growth.

To help support this growth, we seek to bring several suitably experienced Project Quality Assurance Manager into our business to work on major projects in Perth.


As the Health & Safety Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and coordinate the implementation of the Safety and H&S Management System throughout the projects.


Key accountabilities for the position:

  • Provide strategic direction and required reports for HSEQ across the project
  • Coordinate and undertake regular audits and inspections covering management systems, safe work procedures, behavioral safety and preventative measures
  • Undertake thorough risk assessments of and assess all tasks and activities
  • Provide timely and expert Safety, Quality and Environmental advice and assistance
  • Take a lead role in the review and continuous improvement of our safety documentationRequired Skills and Competencies
  • Capability & Experience you will need to have:
  • Tertiary level or equivalent qualifications in WH&S managementLead Auditor qualifications in WH&S management systems-
  • Working knowledge of HS&E and Work Cover requirements and implementation-
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others-
  • Knowledge of process auditing principles and practicesWhat we offer:
