You will love everything there is to love about working in this fun, fast-paced and exciting environment where your day will be buzzing with activity This role reports directly into the Business Services Manager who will be an amazing mentor.


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with the Business Services Manager and ensure smooth running of the office
  • Facilities management
  • Travel arrangements for Directors and Senior Management
  • Greet visitors/liaise with customers and provide outstanding service
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide samples for clients document in CRM and send paperwork
  • Assist in events organisation such as quarterly conference, Xmas party and corporate events
  • Organise staff and customer gifts
  • Stationery orders and office supplies + organise fruit or birthday cake for the office
  • Work closely with the Sales Support/Customer Service team and provide backup support for annual leave
  • Mail and couriers
  • Kitchen tidy
  • Ideal backgrounds include reception/solid customer service/sales support experience or 5 Star Hospitality within events/functions management and want to transfer into an office environment
  • You thrive in a busy, deadline orientated environments and love multitasking and problem solving
  • You describe yourself as confident, personable, energetic and fun
  • You are motivated, driven to succeed, and are a sponge as this role is a stepping stone to more senior opportunities within the business
  • Just as important as everything else you are a team player you enjoy the social aspect of office team building, office celebrations, office antics, and a good laugh
