We have an amazing temp opportunity based at Enoggera that is available for an immediate start.
We think this client is fantastic where you can be part of an authentic and down to earth team who love what they do.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- General documentation and spread sheeting using Word and Excel
- Be the goto for staff throughout their organisation nationally
- Travel arrangements
- Facilities management
- Communicate with various stakeholders including tradies, travel agents and the like
- Purchase orders
- Database maintenance
- Plenty of other duties to add variety to your day
To be considered, you must possess the following:
- Proven Administration experience
- Available to start ASAP
- Happy to work 4 days per week
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate use of Word and Excel
- Current Blue Card a must
