Immediate supervisor : Isabelle Kang
Under limited/general direction undertake duties in accordance with the agreed standards for the Parliamentary Service Level 2 classification. The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. As a member of the APH House Service Team, deliver events and catering services at Australian Parliament House through an in-house service delivery model that provides a high standard of food and beverages service across all outlets and event venues to a wide range of stakeholders. Key stakeholders include building occupants, other parliamentary departments, parliamentarians, corporate clients, vendors, professional conference organisers and the public.
2. Working closely with House Services Supervisors and Operations Manager to develop and maintain a motivated and high performing team committed to providing a consistent, efficient, and friendly service for customers, and exceeds customer expectations.
3. Follow service level standards and standard operating procedures to ensure delivery of food and beverage services is of a high standard and meets stakeholder needs.
4. Ensure all enquiries, requests, and feedback, both verbal and written are responded in a professional, polite, accurate and timely manner.
5. Have accountability for the completion of allocated tasks within required timeframes and in compliance with set procedures.

Currently, the salary range for this position is $66,440 - $71,327 per annum.
