$77,399 to $90,937 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Position

The IT Client Services Officer is responsible for the provision of high quality, pro-active and timely high-level tier 2 and tier 1 client support to members of the Research School of Biology.

The position provides client-focused advice and solutions in support of the research, operational and teaching activities of the School across a range of systems.

The IT Client Services Officer is a member of a small team engaged in the delivery of Information Technology support services from a varied range of systems across a diverse client base.

Proficiency in Linux, Mac, and Windows systems is highly desirable.

The Person

We are seeking an IT professional with proven experience in client support, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

You will be motivated, adaptable and multi-skilled, and enjoy working in a small, dynamic team.

The School

The Research School of Biology (RSB) carries out research and teaching in a wide range of biological and biomedical sciences, and is housed in multiple buildings on the University's Acton campus.

The College

The ANU College of Science encompasses the disciplines of: Astronomy, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Environment and Society, Mathematics, Physics, and Science Communication and is also home to a number of cross-disciplinary and specialist Institutes and Centres.
