We are seeking a highly motivated
Customer Service Officer to join our National Delivery Support Team, as we strive to meet the ever-growing pipeline of work at
Akkodis.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will:

Provide crucial administrative support and resolve contractor and client issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with Shared Services for prompt and effective issue resolution
Work closely with Recruiters, Shared Services, Account Managers, and Account Directors to ensure smooth onboarding and continued engagement of the Akkodis workforce
Collaborate on specific projects and contribute to continuous improvement tasks
Case Management responsibilities include:_
Managing payment issues related to contractor salaries, timesheets, and changes to workforce engagement and payroll details
Managing changes to contractor pay cycles, RCTI/pay advice requests, assignments, billing, and credit
General tasks will include:_
Assist with maintaining and organizing files, records, and databases
Create contracts and work with the local team on extensions
Perform general administrative tasks
Be the first point of contact for any inbound calls

The succesful canddiate will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problemsolving skill
