Permanent position - $140k-160k + super + 20% STI

The Role

The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, promoting growth through technical innovation in order to enhance employee experience.


Core Duties:

IT Service Management:maximising value and minimising risk

Learning & Development:Empower employees by showing them how to get the most out of their tools and drive insights that enable improved ways of working.

Supplier Management: Actively partner with suppliers to improve and maintain the relationship

Technology Requests: Co-ordinate and manage large scale technology requests e.g. new site onboarding, acquisitions and divestments.

IT Governance, Compliance & Risk: Meet all risk, legal and compliance requirements across operations.


Challenges

  • Maturing ITIL and ITSM process changes across IT and the wider organisation.
  • Maintaining high levels of employee service and sentiment across all offices state offices, building management offices and retail centres.
  • Leading an IT team (68) located across two sites, covering a larger number of locations
  • Managing multiple suppliers to ensure high service levels.

Experience

  • Expert knowledge of the ITIL framework, having managed transformation and the ongoing operation of Service Management processes (incident, change, problem, release, etc).
  • Experience in managing external 3rd party vendors and IT service providers (SIAM preferred).
  • Expert understanding of quality assurance policies, standards and procedures, whilst ensuring compliance.
  • 3+ years people management, with demonstrable experience of managing a highperformance team and developing careers.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow (preferably administrator level) and ITSM performance metrics reporting.
  • Prior experience of working with all level of stakeholders (up to SLT)
