The Position
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join a reputable and professional organisation located in Richmond in a full-time permanent assignment.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for document management, data entry, database management, and assisting with filing, archiving and file management.
This role allows you to work in a team environment within a thriving organisation while offering you a fun and rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
This position requires a motivated and driven administration officer to assist with the team during a busy administration time.
Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
- Document formatting and editing;
- Database management;
- Filing, archiving and sorting documents;
- Data entry;
- Office coordination;
- Ad hoc administration support duties as required by leaders.
Skills and Experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Friendly and professional work ethic;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
