We are seeking a talented Accounts Payable Officer to join our project Finance & Commercial team, supporting the delivery of works across the McConnell Dowell Diona Joint Venture in South Australia.


The McConnell Dowell Diona Joint Venture is one of three Major Framework Partners working together with SA Water to deliver its $1.6 billion capital delivery program across Adelaide and regional South Australia to improve water and sewerage services for South Australians.


As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating activities associated with invoice processing and payments to suppliers and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for various duties such as data entry of all supplier invoices, raising purchase orders, liaising with project teams and suppliers in relation to invoice queries, and assisting other members of the finance and commercial team as required.

Thrive with us We hope you'll bring;

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar accounts role.
  • Possess a friendly, outgoing disposition, with a willingness to help and assist staff with any accounting tasks as required with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to process high volumes of work.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
