The Role
You will be part of a team that develops integrated property development-based outcomes.

This role will see you utilise end to end development skills, with a focus on front end work:

Work at various project stages including, feasibility, planning, design, engaging consultants
Assist with the management of contractors, consultants
Assist in budget preparations, financial reporting for projects
Stakeholder management including working with multiple partnerships both private and public, as well as councils
Support SDM to meet multiple milestone deadlines
Working with partners for commercial outcomes
Experience in bringing residential projects through planning stages
Proven skills and knowledge in the successful development and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience in managing and liaising with private and public sector partnerships
