Description

This position is a high functioning member of the People and Culture Specialist Team and delivers on both transactional and strategic work, to assist i-Help Disability Services and Gratitude In-Home Care with maintaining strong operational conformance and continuous improvement practices.


This role will be responsible for the ongoing review and forecasting of future service growth areas and organising a large quantity of applicants that are skilled and aligned to the companies' values.


Roles and Accountabilities

  • Coordinate proactive workforce planning activities including forecasting future growth in collaboration with internal stakeholders to inform selection and engagement activities.
  • Position Description development and fit for organisational needs, specifically targeted at future growth vacancies.
  • Research, design, develop and lead innovative recruitment campaigns to find and secure a worker ready talent pool.
  • Coordinate the employee exit process, assisting interviews where requested and maintaining frequent and informative reporting on trends or other learnings for improvement.
  • Set work task priorities and monitor workflow to oversee the specific lifecycle role, transactional and operational functions. To assist with team support, this may at times extend to the overall Human Resources functions.
  • Manage, monitor, assess, and review recruitment, selection, and engagement process in line with key core competency, organisational requirements and on boarding processes to meet demand and changing trends.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships essential to our business.
  • Manage required projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, delivery, and administration within required timeframes.
  • Coordinate and administer People and Culture reporting requirements in relation to the specified discipline.
  • Coordinate and develop People and Culture form templates and standardised letters in relation to the specified discipline.
Undertake and report on any research requirements allocated by the People and Culture team.


Pay:
$65, $79,410.55 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
