Company Overview:


A dynamic and fun-filled boutique Accounting practice (yes really) that has been established for over twenty years based in vibrant South Yarra is seeking a likeminded Administration Officer.

With a vast range of clients in various fields across sports and entertainment this is not your typical Accountancy firm, there are no suits here To support this fun, they are seeking an Administration Officer in a part-time capacity, you name your days and there is full flex on your hours which will be approximately 15 to 20 a week.


Snapshot of Responsibilities:


  • Reporting to the Directors and supporting a team of five you are the first point of contact for all client queries and will provide administration support to the whole team.
  • You will liaise with and communicate with various government organisations such as ASIC and the ATO and also provide Corporate Secretarial assistance
  • You will also keep the office in tip top shape, you will take ownership of keeping this organised.

What it Takes:


  • Experience within a professional services environment where a high degree of confidentiality and mature outlook is critical
  • Intermediate to advanced skills working with Office 365 programs and
    experience using MYOB or Xero is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strength in
    organisation, time management and attention to detail is paramount
  • A can do and a funloving attitude where you work hard and take great pride in what you do and how you do it.
