Systems Analyst - Sydney, Australia - AI Talent
Description
Responsibilities:
- Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
- Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
- Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients;
- Providing training material and user manuals to users of a new systems;
- Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system;
- Planning and working flexibly to deadlines;
- Supporting users on change control and systems updates;
- Meeting with several clients and key stakeholders;
- Creating projects and costing reports;
- Developing financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solution;
- Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources;
- Examine existing IT systems and business models;
- Analyse Financial and marketing systems requirements;
- Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Design financial platforms and financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technologydriven organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and system requirements.
- Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process modeling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Salary:
$80,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
