Description

Responsibilities:


  • Conducting requirement analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
  • Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
  • Working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions for internal and external clients;
  • Providing training material and user manuals to users of a new systems;
  • Drawing up, supervising and documenting testing schedule for complete system;
  • Planning and working flexibly to deadlines;
  • Supporting users on change control and systems updates;
  • Meeting with several clients and key stakeholders;
  • Creating projects and costing reports;
  • Developing financial project plan to support and lead the implementation of software solution;
  • Work with our clients deploying system deliverables and training people across the systems resources;
  • Examine existing IT systems and business models;
  • Analyse Financial and marketing systems requirements;
  • Configure automated processes using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
  • Design financial platforms and financial solutions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technologydriven organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and system requirements.
  • Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as process modeling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
$80,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
