As a Systems Analyst in Infrastructure and Operations you will have outstanding communication skills to coordinate.

You will be highly motivated to work autonomously and will show great initiative to satisfy your stakeholders delivering great outcomes.


As well as excellent communication and coordination skills, you will have some experience providing systems analysis and support across IT Infrastructure and Operations.


Your background- 3-5 years' experience in the information technology industry, has worked on multiple large-scale upgrade and transformation projects.- Extensive communication skills which helped maintain strong customer relationships from people of various organisational and cultural backgrounds.- Provided comprehensive project and operational support, including tracking project milestones and deliverables.

- Ability to analyse, recommend, implement, and coordinate changes and updates to software- Exposure to conducting and coordinating software and system upgrades liaising with internal IT teams Scripting, automation, infrastructure knowledge (such as Powershell or Windows Server)- Strong stakeholder management experience to ensure that high quality customer service is delivered
