The role
We are currently seeking a

National Campaign Manager to be responsible for leading the strategy, design and execution of national retail marketing campaigns across all GPT Retail assets in line with asset brands and key retail business objectives of retaining customers, increasing visitation & driving sales on a 12 month contractual basis.


In this varied role, you will be defining campaign deliverables, setting and managing budgets and performance metrics, using data and insights to develop activations to drive traffic and sales, creating and managing all major campaigns (digital and offline), seeking stakeholder endorsement and internally promoting retail campaigns.


The role reports to the General Manager, Campaign and Content and works closely with the National Retail Digital & Marketing team, centre marketing teams and key members of the retail asset management team.


What you will be doing

  • Driving and developing customer focused national campaign strategies that enhance the digital and incentre experience across the GPT retail portfolio.
  • Working in collaboration with the National Retail Digital & Marketing team to develop digital initiatives to drive engagement and acquisition across social and digital channels and achieve group KPIs.
  • Developing unique customer experiences (events, activations and services) that provide a point of difference for GPT as well as devising business to consumer integrated national marketing campaigns based on seasonal trends and customer insights.
  • Managing the ideation and creative direction of national campaigns in collaboration with General Manager, Campaign and Content and the operational execution and endtoend delivery of national campaigns in collaboration with the greater marketing teams.
  • Managing the national campaign budget including forecasting, allocation and reconciliation.
  • Establishing relationships with new external suppliers and agencies ensuring all campaign creative and assets are delivered ontime and to a high standard.
  • Leading campaign debriefs for all national campaigns to deliver actionable insights to inform future campaign performance.

As a tertiary educated, Marketing professional with experience in Campaign Management you will bring an ability to use both traditional and digital marketing techniques in integrated and aligned campaigns.


Your excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excellent presentation skills, will be an asset in building effective relationships and collaborating across functions.

With a strong ability to use consumer research to develop strategies, campaigns and actions, you will be able to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget
