The role
We have an exciting, permanent opportunity for a

Customer Solutions Manager, a front of house, customer facing role to manage the smooth running of our premium office tower at Queen & Collins.


Queen and Collins comprises a 34 level A Grade office tower surrounded by three integrated heritage buildings across 34k SQM of office and retail space.

The building is an ever evolving neo-gothic architectural delight that has cemented its place as an iconic part of Melbourne's history.


This is a vibrant, front of house role working closely with a number of operations teams including property operations and management to represent, communicate and manage the tenant's day to day requirements.

You will also work alongside the Marketing and Customer Experience teams to execute a series of site-specific events and customer engagement activities.


What you will be doing

  • Acting as the property's Service Ambassador, the primary contact for all customer activities and tenant related queries
  • Developing partnerships with tenants, service operators, local council and community groups, advocating for the buildings as desirable destinations and meeting places
  • Overseeing the implementation of sustainability tasks and projects, with sustainability data collected, logged and reported within agreed timeframes
  • Tenancy data collection and reporting processes
  • General office management for the team
  • Assisting the Lease Administrator with collecting and maintaining lease documentation such as bank guarantees, direct debit, public liability insurances
  • Performing ad hoc projects

You could come from a concierge or similar front of house operations role within hospitality, tourism, event management and retail for instance.
