    Wood is currently recruiting for a Principal level Strategic Asset Management & Risk Advisor to join our Digital Advisory team. Wood is providing professional domain advisory services to support all areas of asset management, reliability, maintenance, and sparing. The team supports wood delivery and client engagements to realize the best value for the engagement and developing opportunities. ​This role can be based in either Brisbane or Perth and is offered as a full-time permanent staff position reporting to the Global Practice Lead for Risk Advisory & Strategic Asset Management.

    In this role you will be working in a variety of engagements, including business development project work packages and campaigns that will draw on your interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver the described scope.

    Wood is currently recruiting for a Principal level Strategic Asset Management & Risk Advisor to join our Digital Advisory team in Perth.

    It takes a diverse range of people to achieve the level of impact Wood has on the global energy sector. As a member of the team, you will need to have and demonstrate:

    • Engineering degree from a recognised university or college in a relevant discipline
    • +15 years engineering and consulting experience in asset intensive industries
    • Proven track record of technical delivery and client management
    • Strongly desirable extensive knowledge in Strategic Asset Management
    • Vast experience in operations and maintenance activities and practices on operating assets in Mining, Energy, and related sectors
    • Good understanding of RAM Modelling, RCM, FRACAS, LCC, FMECA, LoRA and other asset related techniques
    • Well-developed computer skills and knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and typical reliability engineering and assets
    • Strong knowledge of the regional and global market and relevant industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Mining, Infrastructure
    • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships on the basis of technical credibility and project delivery record
    • Demonstrated experience in undertaking business development activities to acquire new work
    • Ability to structure and organise workflow, including appropriate delegation to internal stakeholders
    • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, analytical, solutions driven
    • Ability to influence and inspire confidence around technical solutions and demonstrate innovative solutions and thought processes
