The Role


We are seeking a Project Manager, Assets with a "hands on" approach to manage maintenance and repairs to our growing property portfolio.

Responsibilities;

  • Scope projects, identify the best path for delivery (Internal Vs External)
  • Develop and manage a system designed to deliver projects ontime and to budget
  • Be the centre point for contractor and property communication to ensure alignment between all parties
  • Able to read and understand park business plans/masterplans that inform the overall direction of the property
  • Adoption of infrastructure, with a view to becoming the SME for all onsites systems, its architecture and methods aligned to maintaining and repair
  • Ensure all systems are maintained in a way that aligned with documented onsite control systems
  • Coordinate and participate in all Essential Service repair, upgrade and/or development required

Your Experience


This is a diverse role with no two days the same, it would be advantageous to have a trade qualification, and any relevant higher construction qualifications.

You must have had experience in facilities management, coordination of trades and pre-planning and site organisation from a management level.

It's also important that you have demonstrated experience in a construction and/or a multi-residential environment.

  • Dataled decision making, and outcomes provided that have been well researched and accurate.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, manage and follow a process
  • Ability to get handson
  • Proven exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong ability to maintain good quality relationships
  • Ability to travel
