- Control and monitor company expenditure.
- Assist commercial decision making.
- Maintain an accurate database of supplier contracts and pricing information.
- Produce monthly management accounts.
- Undertake cost analysis to improve business efficiency.
- Update costings as required with changes in suppliers.
- Drive process improvement and proactively identifying new initiatives.
- Weekly and monthly reporting of labor utilization and downtime analysis
- Preparation of monthly cost center reports and reports for Board reporting
- Proactive identification of improvement opportunities and driving various initiatives
- Manage issue resolution with appropriate levels of urgency.
- Assisting the CFO with process improvement and with corporate reporting requirements
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required to support the CFO.
