    The Role:

    • Joining the Employee Relations and Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the HR Business Partnering & People Operations team.
    • You will handle a variety of tasks including injury management, return-to-work processes, performance management, conduct issues, workplace investigations, and grievances.
    • You will lead process improvements, manage psychosocial hazards, and implement controls.
    • Acting as our ER and Safety Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and expertise on safety risk, compliance, and workers compensation matters.
    • Initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Parental Leave replacement).

    About You:
    If you have at least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations and/or HSE Consultancy and a drive for career advancement, you are who we are looking for. Your ability to navigate complex cases and your industry knowledge will be invaluable. With strong communication skills and a hunger for growth and learning, you excel in building relationships and influencing best practices in the Employee Relations and Safety domain.
