The Role
Reporting into the Employee Relations and Safety Manager, the Employee Relations and Safety Consultant plays a pivotal role within the wider HR Business Partnering & People Operations team.
In this multifaceted role, you'll tackle a diverse array of responsibilities, including expertly managing cases spanning injury management, return-to-work, performance management, conduct issues, workplace investigations, and grievances.
As our ER and Safety Lead, you'll work as a trusted advisor to the business, providing guidance to stakeholders and serving as the go-to authority on safety risk, compliance, and workers compensation matters.
_ Please note this is initially a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Parental Leave replacement)._
About You
You'll bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in Employee Relations and/or HSE Consultancy and are keen to keep progressing your career.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess outstanding communication skills, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
Most importantly, you excel at cultivating strong relationships across all levels of the organisation empowering you to influence best practices and drive informed decision-making in the realm of Employee Relations and Safety.
