    To complement our Business Development team, we are looking for an individual who has the proven ability to identify and execute new business ideas and strategies. This full-time position is a Monday to Friday role.

    MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services and mineral processing equipment & products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

    About the opportunity
    Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, the successful candidate will be required to identify and execute new opportunities while maintain and growing existing opportunities, maximising opportunity across the complete range of specialised services and equipment Minprovise offer.
    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Maintain and develop client relationships in corporate environments, along with the adaptability to work in a corporate setting as well as an onsite setting.
    • Acumen in creating and presenting pricing schedules, price books strategically.
    • Work within the team to implement strategies to ensure that the business is increasing local market share.
    • Contribute to quote preparations and tender submissions for all product and service opportunities.


    We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload.

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • 2+ years' experience in a similar Business Development (BD) or Sales role
    • General knowledge and understanding of manufacturing process and Australian Standards is highly regarded
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
    • Excellent communication – both verbal and written
    • Exposure to engineering and fabrication works is advantageous
