Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, theElectrical Supervisoris responsible to lead the execution team by providing guidance to team members ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard resulting in high customer satisfaction.
The role is accountable for effective work order management, ensuring high compliance to plan to achieve Wes Trac's targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar and Customer requirements.
This is managed by demonstrating effective Leadership with the entire Rebuilds Execution team, across all aspects of safety, training, coaching and task allocation including Wes Trac trades, non-tradespersons and contractors.

8 Days 6 Off / 7 Nights 7 Off 12.5hrs (Additional Hours & Shift Allowance included)
To be successful the following is required:
Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management.
Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload.
Highly developed organisational skills.
Proven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management.
Be well aligned and exhibit Wes Trac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
