- Development and Implementation of Warehouse safety improvement plan
- Providing leadership and continual development of the warehouse leadership group
- Development, review and implementation of warehouse operating procedures via the Warehouse Standards Assessor role
- Management of processes that deliver the required Stock Turns
- Development, review and implementation of processes that impact both Stock Integrity and Capacity Management, Credit Returns, Stock Oddments, and Stock Clearance
- Quarterly review of VIC Warehouse Performance to Key Stakeholders
- Liaise with State Managers and Retail Executives on transport strategies and effective management of internal and external expectations
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the entire product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade product range) including product specifications, dimensions, variations, and applications

Reporting to the National Warehouse Operations and Project Manager, the purpose of the position of VIC Warehouse Manager is to provide effective leadership across the VIC Warehouse, creating efficient warehouse operations that deliver the customer experience (keeping our promises).
