The Role:

We're seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in Keysborough, VIC. As a key player in our team, you'll be at the forefront of our transformative logistics journey.

Shift times are flexible between 8am to 9pm, and you'll have the chance to determine what schedule works best for you.


Leading a Team, Shaping Success:
Direct a dynamic team of 10+ as you oversee a bustling, high-volume cold storage warehouse.

Your leadership ensures safe storage, effective distribution, and punctual handling of supplies, stock, and materials while maintaining a damage-free track record, embracing our CHILL values and contributing to our success.


About You:
CHILL is searching for a confident, hands-on leader eager to don their boots on the bustling warehouse floor.

This isn't merely a desk job - it's a role that calls for proactive leadership and problem-solving right from the front lines.

We could be the ideal match if you're prepared to roll up your sleeves, lead by example, and drive change firsthand.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee operations of a highvolume cold storage warehouse, ensuring safe storage and efficient distribution of client products.
  • Lead by example, embodying our culture of innovation, values and handson leadership.
  • Drive the transition to a larger facility within the next 12 months, shaping our growth trajectory.

Requirements:


  • Techsavvy mindset with a passion for innovation and forwardthinking.
  • Background in temperaturecontrolled, cold storage logistics is advantageous.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and cloudbased warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 57 years + warehousing experience
  • A current forklift ticket
