This role supports the flow of products and information both within the company and at all interfaces with subsidiaries, customers, and suppliers.

Job Description:

Position responsibilities will include:

Leading, managing and developing a team of office and warehouse employees
Delivering operational cost, quality and service objectives
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, operational efficiency and service

Providing and maintaining a safe working environment

Qualifications:

We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work autonomously, grow the business, and establish effective relationships with internal customers.

You should be able to demonstrate the following:

A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
Experience in operations management within a complex FMCG warehouse operations
Successful leader with the ability to develop a strong team
Good knowledge and experience with implementation of lean methodologies
Knowledge and experience in WMS systems and processes (SAP preferred)
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
A results driven individual with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Project Management and excellent presentation skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
