We are not heavily KPI focussed and will not expect you to be chained to your desk from 7am to 7pm or make hundreds of cold calls a week, but we do encourage hard work and success and we will make sure we reward you financially for this as well as giving you some flexibility and autonomy and a fun and enjoyable working environment

Key responsibilities:

***- Supporting retained executive searches and learning executive search techniques

Developing talent pipelines
Identify business development opportunities within our key industry sectors

About you:

***- A can do, positive attitude with an appetite to learn and succeed

Previous white collar recruitment experience preferably within one of our key industry sectors
Demonstrated experience in relevant recruitment systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, Bullhorn)
Ability to work autonomously & manage your time efficiently
Ability to work well in a team environment & collaborate with colleagues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic, focused & likes a challenge
