Description

Your day to day

Assist in the preparation of campaign briefs to advise internal stakeholders of planned campaigns.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, collateral, email marketing, ad hoc projects and strategies to increase assigned Hotel's brand awareness in the marketplace.
Assist in the planning and management of assigned food and beverage marketing campaigns.
Responsible for Social Media posts, competitions and inbox monitoring
Film, edit and produce video content suitable for a variety of platforms including social media channels and website
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies across all outlets, managing multiple influencers per month
Support the Marketing Manager in checking, amending and approving all website updates
Assist the Marketing Manager to develop, source and facilitate interesting events and promotions that will generate revenue and promote public relations
Responsible for creative for menus, collateral and all promotional material
Work with the DOSM, Food & beverage Management, and Sales team to market the hotel and its outlets

What we need from you

Qualified - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Articulate – a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
Excellent computer literacy including competent skills in Microsoft Office suite
Competent with the Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign & Photoshop
Strong planning and time management skills, with the ability to take direction and work independently
Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline
Experience with WordPress or CMS preferred but not essential
Creative, innovative, and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry
Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of attention to detail while managing competing tasks, incoming calls and emails
