Description:

To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in the following;

  • Speaking clearly and confidently over the phone with customers
  • Liaising with the team to coordinate customer communications, both written and verbal
  • Listening and understanding problems, maintaining calm to resolve problems as they arise and reassuring customers to maintain integral relationships
  • Utilising Social Media to leverage company promotions
  • Working with mínimal supervision
  • Providing direction and coordination of enquiries, quotes and estimations
  • Opportunities to grow and develop within the business

Skills and Experiences:


Your specific skills and experience will include:

  • A degree in Marketing or Business with a strong background in marketing
  • A strong customer service ethic
  • Ability to multi task across administration tasks
  • A passion for engaging customers
  • A keen interest in social media marketing
  • An interest in website content creation and development beneficial
  • Highly organised and detail orientated
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal
  • A mechanical background would be advantageous but is not required
