- This opening is for a Freight Admin Clerk to join our Team at Karawatha immediately
- This is a Full Time Permanent Role
- The working hours for this role are 9:00AM to 5:00PM
- Create manifests, scan paperwork and ensure documentation is compliant
- Assist revenue controllers with RPS and process proof of deliveries (POD's)
- Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks
- Debrief our drivers ensuring paperwork has been completed correctly
- Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required
- Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis
- Precise data entry skills and excellent attention to detail are a must to be successful in this role
- Previous experience in transport and logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Full scope training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.
