    Join the forefront of educational transformation: help lead growth marketing in a role that helps shape the futures of scholar-athletes around the world, at one of the most exciting education startups in the world, now valued at more than $600 M USD.

    What this role is responsible for

    The role will be responsible for the growth of Athletics enrollments at Crimson Education globally; driving awareness in key markets and coordinating high impact digital campaigns via the creation of design assets and execution of campaigns.

    This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.

    A portion of the role will be ANZ-focused, but you will join a diverse team and have access to global resources.


    In particular, you will:


    Lead generation of collateral related to Crimson's international athletics program, which supports high school scholar-athletes around the world by strategizing their growth in sport, preparing them for U.

    S.
    admissions (SAT/ACT, extracurriculars, essays, etc.) and putting them in touch with coaches at top universities for the purpose of being recruitedHelp to map Crimson Athletics' growth strategy while owning a tight marketing budgetLead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of local marketing, digital and growth campaigns, including managing events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, FB, Adwords, emails & moreHelp manage our sales funnel—monitor the pipeline of prospective families and provide reports analysing marketing touchpoints and campaign performanceCollaborate with regional marketing teams to share assets generated, and filter best practices across company unitsPartner with our sales team to proactively ensure prospective families are nurtured through to enrolmentScout and develop partnership opportunitiesSkills & Experience
