Description

Responsibilities:

Implement lead nurturing campaigns that guide leads through the sales funnel, crafting engaging content and personalised communications.
Optimize landing pages, website content, and user journeys to increase conversion rates using A/B testing and data analytics.
Utilise marketing automation tools to streamline lead management processes and ensure timely followups, including lead scoring for prioritization.
Collaborate with the sales team, providing necessary marketing collateral and insights to support the leadtocustomer conversion process.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in full-service marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion.

Demonstrable expertise in developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns across various channels.

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create compelling content and marketing materials.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive marketing initiatives forward.

Knowledge of the weddings and private events market and trends.
