- 24 month contract role based in Brisbane

- Review the Project Document Control Management Plan ensuring adherence throughout the project life cycle
- Define document management processes and support all users to ensure efficient and compliant processing of documents
- Continually assess solutions provided for document and information management activities, providing feedback for ongoing improvements
- Ensure all documents provided to the project team are securely stored, tracked, and responded to within relevant service levels
- Coordinate complex review and approval processes for Program related documentation
- Develop and maintain workflows in the Document Management System
- Administer project data sources such as Team Binder, MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
- Ensure compliance with Record Keeping Policies for all project-generated documents
- Assist in the preparation of complex correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions, etc., in accordance with departmental standards
- Undertake administrative tasks required to support the control and distribution of Program documents and information
- Proven experience in document control or similar roles within major infrastructure projects is highly desirable
- Experience with Team Binder or similar document management systems is advantageous
- Ability to analyse available information critically and make insightful decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build enduring relationships and understand others' needs
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and outcomes through careful planning and organisation
- Commitment to continuous growth by actively seeking feedback and pursuing new knowledge and experiences
- Understanding of legislation and policy frameworks with respect for integrity through responsible management
