Accountabilities include:


  • Providing sound, practical and comprehensive advice on learning, training & development; analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
  • Research and adapt training to meet the specific needs of different audiences.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of technical training content and assets including publication on SharePoint and publication on the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the appropriate management of training assets including version control, security and quality control.
  • Providing support to staff responsible for the delivery of training.
  • Using training development software such as Articulate 360 to develop training.
  • Developing and maintaining effective time management skills to meet timeframes for allocated program of work tasks.
  • Seek feedback from a variety of sources on training products and own work tasks to improve individual and team outputs. This position reports to the Principal Advisor (Capability, Engagement and Learning).
