About our Opportunity
As a valued team member of our Canning Vale branch, you're an integral member of the team providing sales support to our sales team and provide an exceptional level of service to our B2B customers. This is a varied role but a typical day will involve promptly responding to customers' phone and email enquiries including providing information, responding to requests and troubleshooting issues, processing sales orders and general admin. In doing so you will be directly contributing to both the success of the Sales team and to the quality of our customers' experience. Once established in your role, you will assist customers visiting our showroom, showing our range of products and referring onto a distributor.
About you
We are looking to leverage your customer service and administration experience within a practical work environment, along with a keenness to learn our door products and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well organised energetic team player, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service.
