Proven experience in
Customer Service:
Excellent communications

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience configuring and administering
MS Windows Desktops:
Experience configuring and administering
MS Office 365 Solutions:
Experience configuring and administering common
Antivirus and Antimalware Solutions:
Self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision
Organisational skills
Strong work ethics, initiative, and troubleshooting skills

_Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge configuring and administering:

Common SME routers & firewalls
Common network printers and scanners
Backup and recovery solutions
Apple and Android devices

_Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:__ _

Configure, support & provide administration service in the areas of hardware, software & networking
Manage and assist with projects (new deployments, migrations, and upgrades)
Monitoring & maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
Providing onsite & remote IT & Communications support to stakeholders

The remuneration package will be negotiated based on your relevant skills and experience.
