- Proven experience in
Customer Service: - Excellent communications
Microsoft Certifications:
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience configuring and administering
MS Windows Desktops: - Experience configuring and administering
MS Office 365 Solutions: - Experience configuring and administering common
Antivirus and Antimalware Solutions: - Self-motivated and able to work quickly and efficiently without supervision
- Organisational skills
- Strong work ethics, initiative, and troubleshooting skills
_Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge configuring and administering:
- Common SME routers & firewalls
- Common network printers and scanners
- Backup and recovery solutions
- Apple and Android devices
_Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:__ _
- Configure, support & provide administration service in the areas of hardware, software & networking
- Manage and assist with projects (new deployments, migrations, and upgrades)
- Monitoring & maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Providing onsite & remote IT & Communications support to stakeholders
