About this role

Provide onsite supervision and leadership for a large façade replacement project in Brisbane CBD
Collaborate closely with the visiting Project Manager to streamline project workflows and maintain effective communication with clients.
Exhibit exceptional oral and written communication skills to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate strong report writing skills to document project progress and outcomes.
Address building fatigue issues by leveraging knowledge and experience.
Analyse structural issues, assess asset conditions, and propose practical recommendations.
Ensure project success through effective leadership, communication, and problemsolving abilities.

About you

Experience managing commercial façade projects would be highly beneficial
Willing to work nights due to location of the project
Strong safety awareness
Effective stakeholder management skills
