The Role

As the Integration Tech Lead, your role is to provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and innovative solutions in the realm of Integration.

The role will be entrusted with the critical accountability of defining the integration strategy, ensuring data flows smoothly across various platforms, and guaranteeing data integrity and security.

Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting our company's digital enablement initiatives, enabling efficient data exchange, and facilitating real-time decision-making.


By driving excellence in Integration strategies, systems, and standards, you will play a pivotal role in advancing asset technology within the organization while ensuring seamless operations, effective communication, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities**Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Technology to define and guide integration strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
  • Take ownership of comprehensive solution architecture and execution for integration projects, promoting collaboration with stakeholders and design forums.
  • Proactively mentor and foster a knowledge base and community of practice for technical expertise in integration technologies, particularly MuleSoft and Oracle Fusion interfaces.
  • Work closely with the Domain architect to provide strategic recommendations and solutions for integration initiatives following best practices.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of integration data flows through effective data management practices and governance adherence.
  • Provide strong technical leadership for the development and integration of key interfaces, actively contribute to DevOps automation, stay updated on industryleading best practices, and oversee Change and Release Management processes for smooth transitions.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a passion for innovation and technology, as well as having a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset.

If you have the following capabilities, get in touch:


  • Strong understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Solution Architecture.
  • Exceptional clientfacing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive implementation experience in Mule ESB using Anypoint Studio, Anypoint platform, RTF,CloudHub, API Gateway, and Management.
  • Proficiency in using Mule Debugger and experience in writing MUnit Test Cases.
  • Experience working with Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools for seamless integration deployment and management.
  • Proficient in agile delivery and operations methodologies.
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer.
  • ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management.
