    The Role


Reporting into the General Manager Strategy & Community, the Divisional Manager Marketing will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that protects and enhances our brand and reputation with customers, stakeholders and staff.

This is an exciting role where you'll have the opportunity to increase our brand equity and build community and customer trust, all while influencing positive behaviour change in the community.

Key Responsibilities**You'll develop and implement our ongoing marketing and behaviour change strategy.

We need a deep thinker and proven marketing expert to:


  • Lead and coach a high performing Division.
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, including government, to design and deliver our holistic customer water conservation strategy.
  • Drive behaviour change relating to water use through our targeted education program.
  • Develop and oversee implementation of a new customer water audit and watersaving appliance pilot.
  • Lead collaborative work with industry and fellow water corporations to develop and deliver sustainable programs that support the sector's longterm water security strategies.
  • Continually evolve contemporary marketing solutions in response to business needs and our industry context.
  • Bring passion, creativity and fun to a rewarding, forpurpose marketing portfolio.

About you
We're looking for someone who has a passion for marketing in a purpose-led environment.

You'll be as keen as we are to influence positive behaviour change for community good, and you'll thrive on working with a range of expert colleagues and stakeholders to contribute to real societal outcomes.

  • Success with designing and implementing social marketing/behaviour change programs.
  • Super track record providing strategic advice and influencing at executive level.
  • Deep knowledge of brand, customer and CX strategy.
  • Knowledge of State Government processes and demonstrated capacity to deliver marketing and media programs cross industry.
  • Appropriate qualifications to complement your capabilities, such as business, engineering, communications, social science.
