Co Manager - Fast Fashion Retailer - Essendon

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Co-Manager of this fast-fashion store at Essendon, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail operations.

Working in close collaboration with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store activities and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Co-manage and motivate a diverse team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-trained, engaged, and equipped to deliver outstanding customer service.

Sales and Performance: Drive sales targets, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to maintain an aesthetically pleasing store layout and attractive product displays.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimise stock loss through efficient stock control measures.

Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries, handling complaints, and creating a welcoming environment.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee store operations, opening, and closing procedures, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Promotions and Events: Coordinate store promotions and events to drive foot traffic and boost sales.

Health and Safety: Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is highly preferred.
