We are working with a welcoming and supportive business. With several venues on the east coast, they are looking to grow their team further.

They have been rated by their former and current staff as a great company to work for, with most of the group being long-term.

The venue is in the heart of the southern highlands, one of the most beautiful places you can live and work in Australia, with a much higher quality of life than neighbouring capital cities and much shorter commute times, allowing for a more outstanding work-life balance than what is possible in the city


About The Position
The position we are looking to fill is the assistant manager of the hotel pub. You will be responsible for all aspects of the venue, reporting only to the GM/Licensee.

You will be expected to know all the back end, including rostering, stocktake, ordering of products, hiring/firing, costings, and operational procedures and be able to establish your own under the GM as well.

This is a great chance to join an expanding group with training provided to get started in a new business quickly This is an asap start role.

- $85,000 + Super

  • 38Hour Week

Position Requirements

  • 2 years experience as a VM
  • Ability to work in the southern highlands
  • Gaming experience
  • RSA/RCG
  • Full working rights
